In addition to participating in business model checks, Prager Dreifuss is pleased to offer start-ups the first consultation by (video-)call for free (1 hour).
Board Secretary and Corporate Housekeeping
Prager Dreifuss offers a broad range of services (including legal advice as required from time to time) related to board meetings, general meetings and corporate registers.
